11.23.05 | What not to do with SlideShowPro

Just in case there is any confusion, a site called Bizmodules.net is selling a $30 module for DotNetNuke named "Ultra Photo Gallery," which is simply a SWF containing SlideShowPro wrapped around some DLLs.

The developer has been contacted to remove the SWF from his software, and is (thus far) refusing to do so. This is a violation of the license agreement every purchaser agrees to when obtaining SlideShowPro, in that the component, or a SWF containing it, cannot be resold as a separate application or bundled inside of another product without a license to do so.
